Funtasia Educare Centre hosted a Christmas party on 28 November. Our guest of honour was Doxa Deo’s Home Heneka. This home consists of 10 disabled toddlers and their house mother and father. Huis Heneka joined in the fun and enjoyed potjiekos, party packs and jumping castle, the Christmas show performed by our fantasia stars, a puppet show and carols by candlelight. Christmas Father handed out gifts at the end of the festivities. The theme for this Christmas function was “The gift of giving”. Funtasia created an opportunity where our children could give a gift to less fortunate toddlers, while celebrating the gift they all received at the birth of Christ.
